Requirements

Valid LLQP insurance license in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland, or British Columbia preferred.
Candidates willing to obtain their insurance license will also be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude with excellent reliability and organization.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Basic computer skills required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Currently reside in one of the following provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Previous customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Connect with warm leads through phone and virtual meetings.
Conduct needs-based conversations with families, seniors, and individuals.
