This role involves leading by example with a high-impact sales approach, balanced with advanced underwriting skills and general insurance knowledge. While achieving sales targets, you will mentor and coach others by sharing your knowledge and expertise. Requirements

• A natural communicator with the ability to develop trusting client relationships
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experienced underwriter with Level 1 license

Nice To Haves

• Level 2 license

Responsibilities

• Build authentic and trusting client relationships to determine their insurance needs and provide the best possible coverage, protection, and client service
• Develop, mentor, and inspire a team of Insurance Advisors
• Meet / exceed sales targets; develop new business opportunities by binding new policies, securing expiry dates and cross and upselling personal, auto, and commercial insurance products
• Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to develop efficient office procedures
