The administrator will communicate with vendors, brokers, and internal teams, support the vendor onboarding process, and maintain organized insurance records. The position also contributes to compliance reporting, audits, and special projects, while growing proficiency in departmental systems and software. Additionally, the role helps maintain standardized insurance templates, checklists, and procedures, and supports day-to-day administrative tasks related to insurance compliance and risk management.
