About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. The role is suited to professionals with Commercial Lines or Personal Lines insurance experience who want to develop their careers in a supportive, collaborative environment. Based onsite in Petaluma, the position manages a diverse portfolio of accounts, including agricultural and personal lines, in a family-oriented workplace. The role primarily handles Commercial Lines accounts, with a focus on agricultural clients.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
At least 2 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in Commercial Lines or Personal Lines.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Personable and client-focused.
Smart and a quick learner.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with agricultural accounts.
Familiarity with Hawksoft software.
Additional insurance certifications or training.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts, focusing on renewals, processing, Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and billings.
Handle accounts primarily in Commercial Lines, with a focus on agricultural clients.
Quote new and renewal business as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client needs promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and contribute to agency growth.
