About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Insurance Account Manager to join their Aviation team. This role is part of a division of Marsh McLennan, a global professional services firm. MMA provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. The Account Manager will support the team by maintaining client information, issuing Certificates of Insurance, assisting with renewals, handling change requests, invoicing, and other client-related tasks. The role requires knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, and underwriting, as well as maintaining relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

Requirements

  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Three – Five years of industry specific experience
  • High School diploma
  • Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and utilize multiple systems
  • Act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters
  • Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities
  • Accept accountability for the quality of work
