We supply materials and install a wide range of products, including framing, overhead doors, insulation, gutters, and siding. This position's primary purpose is to install various types of insulating materials in residential or commercial structures.

Requirements

  • Must have a clean driving record and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
  • Able to operate a forklift (certification required).
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces or attics) and at heights (off ladders).
  • Capable of enduring long hours of standing, bending, and kneeling.
  • Disciplined to meet deadlines and arrive on time.
  • Avoids procrastination and prioritizes safety in all tasks.
  • Communicates clearly, directly, and transparently with teammates and clients.
  • Independently identifies and resolves issues with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains focus and energy to consistently deliver outstanding results.
  • Adjusts schedules as needed to accommodate unplanned urgencies.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and completes them with little to no supervision.
  • Adapts to various tasks and follows instructions with ease.
  • Skilled in the use of basic hand tools.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be verified through the federal E-Verify system.

  • General understanding of construction processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Safely load materials and inspect products for defects to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Deliver insulation materials to job sites and unload products in an orderly and secure manner.
  • Prepare work surfaces before installation to ensure proper adherence and functionality.
  • Install a variety of insulation materials efficiently and accurately, following specifications.
  • Provide support to crew members and foremen to complete projects effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when communicating with customers and subcontractors.
