About The Position

This is a full-time position with steady work and opportunities for advancement. The pay range is $20.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, distributed in equal payments every 30 days over the bonus period. The role involves installing insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces in a variety of conditions, working as part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members are expected to work safely, look out for one another, and take pride in their work. The company emphasizes supporting and welcoming individuals who show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Able to work in tight spaces and at heights
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle
• Some assignments require a valid driver’s license
• A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites

Nice To Haves

• Construction or installation experience is a plus (we will train the right person)
• Bilingual is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Load and track materials on trucks
• Set up ladders or scaffolding
• Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces
• Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation
• Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean
• Follow all job site safety procedures
