About The Position
Northeast Air Sealing (NAS) is hiring Insulation Assistants to join their crew. Requirements
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, basements)
- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Good communication and time management skills

- Forklift Operation Training
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of insulation (batts, spray foam, and blown-in) in attics, basements, and walls
- Support crew leads with job site setup, preparation, and clean-up
- Learn how to safely use tools and equipment
- Communicate with team members and follow all safety procedures
- Represent NAS professionally at customer homes and job sites
