Instrument Controls Coordinator should have a strong understanding of Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) requirements and provide subject matter expertise to maintenance teams. Acts as SME for processes, procedures, technical matters, and equipment related to instrumentation and control systems. Equipment scope may include instrumentation, control systems, analyzers, and I&C systems. Demonstrates strong maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities and provides guidance on complex issues. May participate in constructability reviews, maintenance design reviews, and support engineering for routine maintenance, turnarounds, and new projects. Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across operations and maintenance teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Typical roles may include: I&C Coordinator, Analyzer Technician, DCS Technician, PLC Technician, Maintenance Specialist.
