This role provides leadership, coordination, and organization in the sustaining of all Process and Control related equipment. The Instrumentation Associate will assist in the incremental improvement of equipment and processes, providing coordination with Engineering as required. They will also support Maintenance Associates in sustaining and troubleshooting Process and Control equipment, offering advanced troubleshooting support for controls and automation. Additionally, this role provides technical support for electrical, hydraulic, vacuum, and pneumatic equipment and instruments, develops procedures for equipment maintenance, and trains Maintenance Associates. The position involves coordinating software and firmware changes, acting as a liaison between Operations and Engineering, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities also include completing minor repairs to hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and vacuum control systems, power supply systems, and calibrating ultrasonic inspection equipment. The role may also involve making electrical and minor mechanical repairs to lab equipment and providing after-hours support.
