The purpose of the Instrument Technician is to ensure the efficient operation of process instrumentation / ASRS Automation Equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing conventional instrumentation, Analyzers, and ASRS Automation Equipment, performing daily paperwork, and completing daily route checks of assigned areas. The technician will also be responsible for the calibration of all conventional instrumentation, Analyzers, and DCS. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including ISO, personnel, quality, environmental, health, safety, regulatory, and company requirements, is essential. The role also includes complying with NTG (Nothing Touching the Ground) requirements with daily audits, actively participating in Operation Clean Sweep to ensure employees are aware of and accountable for pellet loss prevention, containment, cleanup, and disposal. The technician must be available to work outside normal shift hours as needed, including on-call duty, and maintain regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned will also be part of the role.
