What You’ll Do: Administer and maintain GLP software systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with laboratory staff to understand software needs and provide training and support. Monitor software performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Implement and maintain data integrity protocols in accordance with GLP standards. Assist in the validation and qualification of software systems as required by GLP guidelines. Prepare and maintain documentation related to software administration, including user manuals and SOPs. Coordinate with Validation team, IT, and software vendors for system upgrades, patches, and support. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in GLP software solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software administration, preferably in a GLP-compliant laboratory environment.
Strong understanding of GLP regulations and laboratory practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience with software validation and qualification processes.
Familiarity SciexOS, Analyst, Chromeleon, Debra and Laura
Certification in GLP or related fields is a plus.
