About The Position

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
4 years of related experience.
Intermediate knowledge of mechanical equipment and repair methods.
Intermediate mathematics skills.
Intermediate problem solving skills.
Intermediate reading and writing skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to use the various tools required for the trade.
An appropriate and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

Calibrates process controls used in water processing and water distribution equipment.
Performs periodic analysis of water processing and water distribution equipment and related process controls to determine need for repairs.
Detects and troubleshoots production defects of water treatment and water distribution equipment.
Certifies and documents that calibration procedures have been performed.
Ensures equipment meets federal, state, and local operating standards.
Performs other duties as required.
Repairs pipes, lights, power and instrumentation system.
