About The Position
Maintains and repairs instruments in the SMH Power Plant and performs other maintenance duties as required. Relieves the Assistant Operator on shift as needed.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Two years of vocational school training in high-pressure boilers, turbine generators, and building utilities, or equivalent.
- Three years of experience in plant operation and maintenance of steam and combustion turbines, diesel engines, boilers, generators, electrical equipment, and auxiliary equipment.
- First Class Grade A Stationary Engineer License.
- Registration as an unlicensed Electrical worker.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair instruments in the SMH Power Plant.
- Perform other maintenance duties as required.
- Relieve the Assistant Operator on shift as needed.
