About The Position

This is a time-limited engagement of approximately one month. Training and onboarding will begin July 1 and continue through July 9, with part-time hours during this period. The Pre-College Healthcare Academy will run July 13 through July 23 and requires a full-day, on-site commitment for the duration of the program. Following the conclusion of the academy, responsibilities will include support for student assessment and program evaluation activities, with the engagement concluding on July 31.

Requirements

Must be able to handle many activities and challenges simultaneously, with minimal direction.
Must use good judgment in facilitating questions, phone calls, meeting scheduling, and other assignments.
Has working knowledge of accreditation requirements specific to the school.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

Responsibilities

Coordinate assigned processes/programs, such as appointment, application, interview, scheduling, pre- and post-matriculation, orientation, and committee support.
Serve as a resource and interpret department-specific policies and procedures.
Handle many activities and challenges simultaneously with minimal direction.
Use good judgment in facilitating questions, phone calls, meeting scheduling, and other assignments.
Serve as a resource and/or trainer for applicable technology systems.
Coordinate and maintain specific learner/faculty data, including entering/updating data and preparing reports.
Support student assessment and program evaluation activities.
