About The Position

JETSET Pilates is seeking an Instructor to deliver a modern, music-driven Pilates experience and help clients build strength, confidence, and consistency. Instructors lead engaging 50-minute classes, provide personalized coaching, and create an inclusive, welcoming studio environment through genuine client relationships and attentive hospitality. The role includes representing the JETSET brand, maintaining a clean and professional studio, participating in team meetings, training, studio events, and community initiatives, and supporting local marketing efforts as needed. Instructors complete the JETSET Instructor Training Program and continue developing their coaching skills by applying feedback and staying current on programming and best practices. Exceptional performers may have opportunities to grow as the brand expands.

Requirements

Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain it before teaching independently.
Willingness to successfully complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including five days of on-site training, which may take place locally or at a Regional Training and Support Center.
Ability to teach a consistent number of classes per week.
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Ability to stand and move throughout the studio for extended periods.
Ability to demonstrate Pilates exercises safely and effectively.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
Ability to coach in a warm, fast-paced, music-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes that provide a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.
Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for clients of all fitness levels.
Motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Build authentic relationships with clients and foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment.
Learn clients’ names, celebrate milestones, and help strengthen the studio community.
Deliver hospitality consistent with the JETSET brand before, during, and after classes.
Represent JETSET’s values and culture inside and outside the studio.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, studio events, and community initiatives.
Support local marketing and community engagement efforts as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
Complete the JETSET Instructor Training Program and participate in ongoing education and development.
Apply leadership feedback to improve coaching effectiveness.
Stay current on programming updates, coaching techniques, and JETSET best practices.
Teach a consistent number of classes per week and attend required meetings, continuing education sessions, and studio events.
