About The Position

3CAT Handcrafted Beverage is hiring a part-time Barista for its fast-growing boba beverage brand. The role involves preparing and serving handcrafted drinks, maintaining product quality and presentation, and providing friendly customer service. Baristas also support daily store operations, maintain cleanliness and safety, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages, including boba teas, specialty drinks, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain high standards of drink quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders efficiently and operate the POS system accurately.
• Assist with daily store operations, including stocking ingredients, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth store operations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and assist with promotional events or new product launches as needed.
