About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Barista to prepare and serve beverages and food while delivering excellent service to guests and team members. The role involves customizing drink orders, explaining products, processing payments, maintaining stocked service stations, and keeping equipment and customer areas clean and sanitary. The Barista may also stock or manage products and perform other duties as assigned. Flexible hours and shifts are required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, blended coffee, and tea, and customize orders as requested.
Describe product details to customers.
Receive and process customer payments.
Serve prepared foods and baked goods, including sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, and bagels.
Keep customer service stations stocked with paper products and beverage preparation items.
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
Clean and sanitize service and seating areas.
Routinely check freezer, refrigerator, and heating-equipment temperatures to ensure proper functioning.
Stock supplies or retail products and, as directed, inventory, order, or receive products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
