The Division of Electrical & Computer Engineering in the School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at Louisiana State University seeks candidates for one instructor position, starting in August of 2026. The role involves teaching freshman-, sophomore-, and junior-level introductory courses in circuits, electronics, signal processing, probability, digital communications, RF courses, and related topics. Additionally, the instructor will guide senior-level students through capstone design classes. Special consideration will be given to those who can bring design experience and creative enthusiasm to capstone design instruction. The instructor is anticipated to have a teaching load of 12 credit hours per semester, with 90% dedicated to teaching undergraduate courses in the communications and signal processing area of electrical engineering, and 10% for other duties as assigned by the chair.
