About The Position

KBR is seeking an Instructor to provide Electromagnetic Warfare, Bounty Hunter, or Counter-Communications System training to Guardians at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. A strong candidate will have experience operating the Bounty Hunter, Counter-Communications System weapon systems (or equivalent) and instructing.

Requirements

An active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this position, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.
3+ years of instructor experience, preferably using the ADDIE model or ISD.
Experience instructing Counter Communications System, Bounty Hunter, or equivalent weapon systems and associated training programs.
Working knowledge of operational-level command and control.
Ability to work swing shifts, depending on ops tempo.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
Skilled in public speaking.
Demonstrated ability to prepare quality products, including lesson plans and briefings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to work in a secure, confined location (e.g., SCIF).

Nice To Haves

Experience with using operating, or knowledge of Patriot Excalibur (PEX).

Responsibilities

Provide classroom instruction consistent with Instructional System Development (ISD).
Develop, validate, and review training products, including lesson plans, scripts, visual aids, and input cards.
Coordinate students, resources, and room availability.
Identify and recommend improvements or upgrades to systems.
Interface with internal and external agencies as required, maintaining up-to-date training programs.
Coordinate instructional activities with training managers and government training personnel.
