About The Position

Perfect North Slopes is seeking passionate individuals to join their Snow Sports School as Ski or Snowboard Instructors for the 2026-2027 season. This role is ideal for those who love snow, enjoy working with others, and want to enhance their skiing or snowboarding abilities. The Snow Sports School boasts a diverse team of friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic instructors dedicated to sharing their passion for winter sports. Instructors will teach both group and individual lessons to guests of all skill levels, from beginners to experts, and of all ages starting from 4 years old. Utilizing training resources from the Professional Ski Instructors of America – American Association of Snowboard Instructors, instructors will foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 14 years old by 11/1/2026.
No prior instructing experience is required.
Must own personal skis or snowboard.
Must be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate or higher level.
Completion of paid on-snow training after hiring is mandatory.
All employees aged 18 and older must complete a background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

Teach students of all ages and abilities how to ski/snowboard, incorporating techniques and safety information.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
Prioritize safety and promote the skier/rider responsibility code.
Effectively solve problems, particularly in challenging weather and snow conditions.
Communicate clearly with students, parents, staff, and supervisors.
Maintain professional behavior and a positive attitude.
Attend seasonal training sessions to improve technical, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
