About The Position

JETSET Pilates is hiring an Instructor in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, to lead music-driven Pilates classes and create an elevated studio experience. Instructors coach clients with individualized attention, encourage confidence and strength, foster a welcoming community, and represent the JETSET brand. Requirements

Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain it before teaching independently.
Willingness to successfully complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including five days of on-site training, which may take place locally or at a Regional Training and Support Center.
Ability to teach a consistent number of classes per week.
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Willingness and ability to attend required team meetings, continuing education sessions, and studio events.
Ability to stand and move throughout the studio for extended periods.
Ability to demonstrate Pilates exercises safely and effectively.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
Ability to coach in a warm, fast-paced, music-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes that are safe, challenging, and consistent.
Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for clients of all fitness levels.
Motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Build authentic relationships with clients, learn their names, celebrate milestones, and foster an inclusive studio community.
Deliver hospitality consistent with the JETSET brand before, during, and after classes.
Represent JETSET values and culture inside and outside the studio.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, studio events, and community initiatives.
Support local marketing and community engagement efforts as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
Complete the JETSET Instructor Training Program and participate in ongoing education and development.
Apply leadership feedback to improve coaching effectiveness and stay current on programming updates, coaching techniques, and best practices.
