Participants are in a hybrid role bridging ongoing training and learning in a mentored environment, and early faculty responsibilities as an independently practicing dermatologist. The ideal participant is a senior dermatology resident or junior faculty person planning a career in academic medical dermatology with a component of inpatient consultative dermatology.
