About The Position

IMMERSE, Inc. is seeking a qualified Instructor Success Manager to manage day-to-day instructional support, coaching, and performance-related processes for Language Guides (instructors) within immersive VR language-learning programs. Specific responsibilities include: Conducting scheduled class observations and preparing coaching notes to support teaching effectiveness. Providing structured guidance and feedback to instructors through regular check-ins. Monitoring learner feedback and maintaining performance documentation. Teaching a set number of weekly VR classes to maintain platform familiarity and apply practical teaching strategies. Collaborating with Curriculum and Research teams to share insights on lesson clarity and educational material improvement. Participating in instructor hiring by reviewing candidates using established interview rubrics and teaching demos. Assisting instructors in the transition from initial onboarding to ongoing performance support. Supervising the work of Teachers and Instructors.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Education, Second Language Acquisition (SLA), or a closely related field.
  • 36 months (3 years) of experience in the occupation of Education Administrator or a related instructional management role.
  • Must possess professional-level fluency (written and oral) in Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
  • Must have documented experience using virtual or immersive learning technologies for educational purposes.
