About The Position

The School of Nutrition and Public Health at Oregon State University invites applications for a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, fixed-term position. Reappointment is at the discretion of the School Head. Appointment at the Instructor rank is anticipated, but appointment at a promoted rank may be considered based on the candidate's qualifications. The school is dedicated to the belief that health is for all people, with faculty and students working to prevent disease and injury, identify health factors, inform policy, and shape environments for better lives. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Experience teaching online courses and supervising applied projects
  • A demonstrable commitment to inclusive excellence and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
  • Ability to work on campus as this position cannot be performed remotely.

Nice To Haves

  • Doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Experience with accreditation or assessment activities
  • Experience with CAHME and NCHL competencies
  • Sustained record of exceptional teaching, advising and service, at the college or university level, as evidenced by student evaluations of teaching.
  • Experience in course development.
