About The Position
The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is seeking a Part-Time Instructor for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Fiscal Year 2026. This role involves teaching RBT content to prepare students for a career in behavior analysis. The position is contingent upon student enrollment and department needs, with no guaranteed course load. CSN is Nevada's largest college and a comprehensive, multi-campus community college serving over 50,000 students annually. Requirements
- Currently active as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CANVAS or other learning management systems.
- Skills in the use and operation of basic computer software.
Responsibilities
- Teach Registered Behavior content to prepare students for a career.
- Teach course objectives in accordance with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
- Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes.
- Evaluate student performance.
- Communicate with students in a timely manner.
