About The Position
Join us at Lincoln Tech! We're looking for skilled Electrical/EEST Professionals to become valued Instructors in our Electrical Technology program. No teaching experience is required. Requirements
- 3+ years of related practical work experience in electrical systems
- NCCER Instructor Card (required within first 3 months)
- High school diploma/GED
- Great communication skills
- Proficient in technology
Nice To Haves
- Teaching experience is a plus
- OSHA 10 or 30 completion preferred
Responsibilities
- Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical Technology in our fully equipped facility
- Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using our Blended Learning Model
- Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring
- Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently
- Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance
- Maintain a professional, visitor-ready classroom environment
- Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program
- Prepare students for a successful career in the field of Electrical Technology
