About The Position

Paradigmworks Group Inc is seeking a full-time instructor to teach the Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) program to students aged 17-24. The curriculum includes EKG, phlebotomy, medical terminology, and more. The instructor will prepare students for credentialing tests and for the types of experiences they might encounter working in the wellness field. This role involves working with students on developing strong technical and organizational skills, as well as case-noting, scheduling appointments, and handling insurance claims. The instructor will also teach the importance of following HIPAA laws, using discretion, and treating all patients, family members, providers, medical staff, and guests with respect. The ideal candidate must be professional, highly organized, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure students learn. The ability to explain complex ideas and integrate math and reading into the curriculum is essential.
