Instructor, Business & Risk Management
About The Position
Under the direction of the administrator, the Business and Risk Management Instructor will provide a comprehensive and high quality program of study which prepares students for a career, future learning, and leadership in Business and Risk Management. Assist in recruitment of students for the Wilson Talent Center programs. Provide high quality instruction/lessons in classroom and lab settings that helps students develop the skills, knowledge, and work habits required for employment and future learning in the Insurance industry. Assist students to select appropriate training goals. Instruct students in various levels of business and risk management.
Requirements
- Possess or eligible for Career Technical Education Certification in Insurance. (CIP 52.1701)
- 4000 hours of recent and relevant work experience in the Insurance career field.
- Extensive knowledge of the Insurance industry and all related job titles.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance/Risk Management or related field preferred.
