College of The Albemarle (COA), founded in 1961 and located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, is the state's first community college. COA is dedicated to transforming lives by inspiring and empowering individuals and communities within its seven-county service area. Through its four locations, COA offers quality college transfer and career and technical education. This critical-fill vacancy position involves faculty assignments that may include classroom, laboratory, clinical, hybrid, online, day, evening, and weekend instruction across various College campuses, instructional sites, or affiliated clinical locations, depending on program and operational needs. Limited travel within the College's service area and to clinical partners is required. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the College's pre-employment process, verification of credentials, continued funding, enrollment, program needs, and compliance with all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and licensing requirements.
