Instructional Technology Technician
About The Position
Provides and manages technical and application expertise, working with Technical Service Delivery (TSD) and Help Desk teams to support Covenant School of Nursing and Allied Health (CSONAH), the Learning Resource Center, classrooms, and related areas. Identifies system optimization opportunities and enhancements and collaborates with vendors and other IT teams to implement effective solutions. Assists and educates students and employees with their operational needs. Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience with instructional technology platforms and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
