Instructional Systems Designer TS/SCI w/Poly
About The Position
This entry-level Instructional Systems Designer position requires experience supporting the development, organization and delivery of training and/or educational programs for customer personnel. Delivery methods may include classroom instruction, web based training, focused briefings, multimedia presentation, or a combination of both. The position will require experience in the methods used to develop and enhance instructional curriculum, as well as experience in adult learning practices. The candidate will maximize the use of multimedia and instructional technologies to conduct effective education and training. Experience in various security disciplines such as insider threat, security processing, adjudications, information assurance and counterintelligence is a plus.
Requirements
- 1 + years of related experience
- 1 year experience in Instructional System Design
- TS/SCI (with Poly) clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree or approximately 4 years’ of related work experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Must currently possess Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Clearance
- Must be able to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Clearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience in various security disciplines such as insider threat, security processing, adjudications, information assurance and counterintelligence is a plus.
- Use of E-learning development software
Responsibilities
- Contributes to completion of specific training programs and projects.
- Provides training solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Develops measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant training and technology.
