About The Position

Inflow is seeking an Instructional System Designer with an active Secret clearance to join a national security services firm. This role involves providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. The company emphasizes putting employees first, offering innovative benefits and great technology. The Instructional System Designer will use their expertise in Instructional Technology/Design to plan the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for multimedia and traditional training systems. These systems will support technical and readiness training programs for the USAF, focusing on USAF readiness and future operations training. The position is contingent upon award and is located in Universal City, TX.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology/Design or closely related field
4 years of experience as an Instructional Designer OR a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology/Design or closely related field in lieu of experience
3 years experience in USAF MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience
Familiarity with USAF Learning Management System (LMS) and Air Education and Training Command's courseware development processes with emphasis on USAF readiness training and security cooperation
Working knowledge of USAF MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer processes and staffing

Responsibilities

Use Instructional System Design (ISD) principles to plan the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for multimedia and traditional training systems developed for technical and readiness training programs, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training.
Provide evaluation of curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures.
Serve as a leader in a multiple ID development team in support of the Program Lead Instructional Designer.
Provide coaching and mentoring to other team personnel to ensure timely design and development of instructional courseware and materials.
Other duties as assigned.
