The Felton Training, Research, and Program Evaluation team develops, implements, and coordinates training activities for Felton Institute employees and external stakeholders. It also produces program evaluations and impact assessments of Felton programs and contracted agencies. Additionally, the Division provides Peer Support Specialist training and technical assistance for behavioral health and social services community partners in California and other states. The Instructional Support Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the administrative aspects of a variety of instructional programs. This role ensures effective administration by organizing course materials, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with Staff in course management and evaluations to drive continuous improvement in learning and development.
