School of Accountancy - Instructional Student Assistant Analytical Pool AY 26-27
About The Position
The School of Accountancy at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Instructional Student Assistant Analytical Pool for the Academic Year 26-27. This pool is for currently enrolled CSUF students and may include roles such as Fundamental Skills Lab ISA, Bridge to Success Lab ISA, Accounting Analytics and Technology Lab ISA, or other School of Accountancy Lab assignments, including those with specific course or faculty assignments. Appointments from this pool are temporary, often made just prior to the academic term, and applicants may be offered employment on short notice.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled CSUF students
- Excellent computer skills including Office, Excel and PowerPoint and other spreadsheet experience
- Type 40 CWAM
- Working knowledge of library and internet research
- Excellent command of English – both oral and written
- Ability to follow directions, show initiative, be reliable and have the ability to assist with large classes
- Ability to learn and perform assigned work
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and read/write English at a level appropriate to the position
- Strong working knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, PowerQuery
- Detail oriented with a strong ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Assist students with learning advanced technologies
- Assist faculty in presenting advanced technologies

- Train students with technological training and applications
Benefits
- Appointments are made under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the CSU system and the United Auto Workers.
- Initial appointments are for one semester only.
