Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, this role facilitates and implements program activities, provides assigned instruction for school students, and supervises program students. The Instructional Provider is responsible for supervising and delivering instruction to a classroom of students, facilitating their participation in hands-on, engaging, and experiential learning activities that promote curiosity, collaboration, and academic growth. They will work with and instruct school students individually and/or in small and large groups, while maintaining appropriate program ratios. The role requires implementing effective classroom management, discipline, and instructional strategies, setting up activities daily, and preparing materials. The Instructional Provider will monitor and evaluate instruction and student progress, maintain attendance logs and other required records, and keep the classroom or learning facility clean and organized. Supervision of students extends beyond the classroom during various activities. Frequent parent communication and support for parent involvement are key. Attendance at staff meetings, planning, and training sessions is also required.
