We are seeking an Instructional Operations Coordinator to support the Division of Instruction by providing administrative support and coordination across all instructional areas. This will include providing consistent and reliable operational capacity and support with administrative tasks such as the tracking of deadlines, coordination across departments, managing purchasing workflows, supporting major projects, and ensuring that operational issues are resolved. The Instructional Operations Coordinator is represented by the Renton Professional Technical Association (Prof-Tech) Union. This is a full-time, classified, and overtime eligible position reporting to the Dean of Instructional Support. The pay range for this role is $59,125.83 - $78,485.73 annually. Salary placement is based on applicable work experiences. New hires may not be placed above step 10 ($74,456.31).
