This role requires the ability and willingness to travel to deliver in-person professional learning services. We are actively seeking bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Professional Learning Coaches to support the following specializations and regions: Math (Texas and California), Literacy Intervention (Virginia, Georgia and California).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years relevant classroom experience (Math or Literacy)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience facilitating adult learning
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging professional learning aligned to assigned programs
- Facilitate sessions in English and Spanish
- Maintain availability for a minimum of 10 hours/week of service delivery
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction metrics
- Lead coaching focused on student growth
- Use data to personalize support
- Connect program implementation to classroom practice
- Prepare using district data and goals
- Communicate with partners and internal teams
- Deliver virtual and onsite sessions, including travel
- Complete training and credentialing
- Build program and pedagogy expertise
- Engage in continuous professional growth
