This position supports the Principal and school leadership in implementing and evaluating the continuous improvement process. The facilitator will help link program goals and CSIPs to the district vision and strategic direction. They will coordinate and facilitate professional development and coaching related to highly effective instruction, including literacy, student agency, learning engagement, and academic acceleration. The role involves providing instructional support through classroom observations, data analysis, modeling, coaching, and feedback. The facilitator will also work with school leadership to align school improvement efforts with Henry’s Plan of Action for Student Achievement, serve on the school leadership team, and attend district trainings and meetings as required.
