About The Position
Information Management Group (IMG) has an upcoming opportunity for a talented Instructional Designer. This role involves the development of training curriculum, including lessons, general coursework, computer-based training storyboards, assessment instruments, and evaluation of methods on test groups. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with Customer and Navy subject matter experts to perform training curriculum development and implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in adult learning or related field; Human Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Training & Development or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the application of a systematic approach to the design, development and implementation of training applications.
- Ability to communicate/adjudicate with others regarding technical content.
- DoD Secret or DoE L clearance
Nice To Haves
- Preferred analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) Instructional Systems Design (ISD) background.
Responsibilities
