Responsibilities
- Build and maintain standardized Blackboard templates and course shells across online, hybrid, and in-person courses.
- Partner with faculty to design courses (learning objectives, assessments, content, multimedia) and convert face-to-face courses to online and hybrid formats.
- Set and enforce quality, accessibility (ADA / WCAG), and usability standards, and review existing courses against them.
- Train and support faculty on course design, Blackboard, and instructional technology.
- Evaluate instructional effectiveness and advise on learning-technology strategy and tool selection.
