Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Health Communications Specialist to provide instructional design and training support services for the Global Border Health Team (GBHT) within CDC’s Division of Global Migration Health. GBHT supports partner countries in strengthening public health systems and workforce capacity to prevent, detect, and respond to communicable disease threats associated with population mobility and international travel. In this role, you will support the development, adaptation, delivery, and evaluation of training and learning products for partner countries, translating technical guidance into effective, learner-centered materials. The successful candidate will possess strong instructional design, curriculum development, training, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt technical content for diverse audiences and country-specific contexts. This position offers an opportunity to support global public health capacity building through the development of training materials, eLearning products, job aids, toolkits, evaluation tools, and other learning resources designed to strengthen border health capabilities.
