The Department of Economic Security (DES) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Instructional Designer to support the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This role involves creating content that impacts the Division and the Developmental Disability community. The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing an agency-wide training curriculum for DDD employees, designing, developing, implementing, revising, and evaluating courseware to meet industry and DES standards, and aligning with performance goals and business objectives. The position also collaborates with division leadership on employee training and development, coordinates computer-based training, identifies training needs through assessments and surveys, assesses present and future needs to develop educational goals, and prepares necessary audio and visual materials. This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona, depending on business needs and performance.
