Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate (or willingness to obtain) in Adult Education
  • Minimum 5 years of design and development experience on mid to large scale programs with live instructor and self-directed learning solutions
  • Experience facilitation of training programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred
  • French language proficiency is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, identify learning gaps, and recommend effective training solutions that support Associate success and Member-focused service
  • Apply adult learning principles to develop practical, learner-centered solutions that support different learning styles and help Associates build knowledge, confidence and capability
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials that support both synchronous and asynchronous such as self-directed online modules utilizing the latest technologies, live instructor engaging presentations and facilitator guides, participant guides and workbooks, demonstration videos, job aids and infographics
  • Stay ahead of industry trends relating to things like learning approach and technology
