Requirements

Post-secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate (or willingness to obtain) in Adult Education
Minimum 5 years of design and development experience on mid to large scale programs with live instructor and self-directed learning solutions
Experience facilitation of training programs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred
French language proficiency is an asset

Responsibilities

Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, identify learning gaps, and recommend effective training solutions that support Associate success and Member-focused service
Apply adult learning principles to develop practical, learner-centered solutions that support different learning styles and help Associates build knowledge, confidence and capability
Design and develop engaging learning materials that support both synchronous and asynchronous such as self-directed online modules utilizing the latest technologies, live instructor engaging presentations and facilitator guides, participant guides and workbooks, demonstration videos, job aids and infographics
Stay ahead of industry trends relating to things like learning approach and technology
