About The Position

Join Uline as a 2027 Instructional Design Intern and gain hands-on experience creating training content, improving learning programs, and supporting employee growth. This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only. Uline is a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations. Uline is a drug-free workplace. All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening. All positions are on-site.

Requirements

• Full-time, 12-week internship.
• Open to Junior-status college students only.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Articulate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.
