HP PageWide Web Press designs, manufactures, installs, and supports a suite of industrial digital presses used in high‑volume commercial and packaging print environments. As part of this ecosystem, advanced service training enables HP field service engineers and customer technicians to perform higher‑order maintenance tasks safely and effectively. The Learning Products and Training Development team is seeking an instructional designer to serve as the program owner for Train‑to‑Maintain service and support and Advanced Maintenance training across all supported press platforms. This role combines formal instructional design practice with hands‑on mechanical domain experience to curate, update, and evolve a portfolio of technical training aligned with platform releases, upgrades, and service strategy. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver high‑quality training at the speed and volume required by a global service organization, while maintaining technical accuracy, instructional effectiveness, and consistency across platforms and regions.
