About The Position

QuadReal Property Group is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer passionate about artificial intelligence and the future of work to lead the build-out of their internal AI Education library. This role involves being a learning strategist, content curator, and architect of AI literacy, designing a tiered curriculum from foundational awareness to advanced, function-specific application. The goal is to help the organization adopt generative AI responsibly, confidently, and at scale by curating and developing content from leading providers and creating original QuadReal-specific materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate instructional design, with demonstrated focus on AI, EdTech, digital skills, or technology adoption learning programs.
• Demonstrated experience curating and evaluating third-party learning content from multiple providers and integrating it into a coherent in-house curriculum.
• Working, hands-on familiarity with leading generative AI tools, including Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and Microsoft Copilot.
• Solid grasp of practical prompting techniques and responsible-use considerations.
• Expert-level proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, Scribe).
• Exceptional content writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, and effective learning materials.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to own a multi-stream content roadmap simultaneously from inception to completion.
• Excellent client service, verbal/written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ClickUp is an asset.
• A strong portfolio that showcases sophisticated learning solutions, ideally including AI, digital skills, or technology adoption content.
• Experience designing learning for change management and large-scale technology adoption initiatives, particularly involving emerging or rapidly evolving technologies.
• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of a major ERP system (Yardi experience is an asset).
• Previous exposure to the administration of a Learning Management System (LMS).
• A strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning science.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, IT, and functional stakeholders to identify AI learning gaps across the organization.
• Design and maintain a tiered AI curriculum (foundational, intermediate, advanced) aligned with QuadReal’s approved AI tools, responsible AI principles, and business priorities.
• Recommend the right learning modality for each gap (eLearning, VILT, video, job aids, community-of-practice content).
• Curate 30+ learning paths using content from third-party providers, evaluating for accuracy, relevance, and alignment to QuadReal’s context.
• Develop QuadReal-specific AI learning content in partnership with the AI Community of Practice and key stakeholders.
• Write exceptionally clear, concise instructional content, storyboards, scripts, and support documentation.
• Administer the third-party content provider platform, including organizing content, maintaining learning pathways, and supporting learner access.
• Develop polished, on-brand learning solutions using modern authoring tools.
• Structure the AI Education library within the LMS for intuitive navigation, searchability, and clear organization.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and refresh the library on a regular cadence.
• Pilot new content with focus groups before broad release.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, acting as QuadReal’s internal champion for AI literacy.
• Own the full project lifecycle for the AI Education library from initial scoping through to ongoing iteration.
• Manage the upkeep of all AI learning materials within the LMS, retiring outdated content, tracking learner engagement, and using insights for continuous improvement.
