About The Position
Amentum is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to support the Huachuca Training & Support Contract (HTASC) at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This role is crucial for developing and training the next generation of intelligence professionals. The position is full-time, onsite, primarily located in Tucson, AZ, and offers the chance to contribute to national security by training intelligence professionals. The specialist will provide instructional design and training development support for approximately 10-15 courses, following the ADDIE process for HT-JCOE J7.
Requirements
- TOP SECRET security clearance with eligibility for SCI access (US Citizenship required).
- Secret to start; Interim TS/SCI granted within 12 months.
- Master’s Degree in Curriculum Development.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the field of Curriculum Development.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a DoD/military environment utilizing the ADDIE process.
- Experience with Learning courses/content on a Learning Management System (LMS).
- At least 24 Credit hours in adult education.
Responsibilities
- Support HT-JCOE Computer Based Training (CBT)/Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) lesson plan development efforts.
- Support the redesign/revision of HT-JCOE courses.
- Identify gaps in learning, implementing instructional design strategy opportunities, and production of course content.
- Support all phases of the ADDIE model.
