This is a contract position for Instructional Design consultants to assist with training development and course creation for a large technology adoption project launching at the end of October. The role requires enterprise-level, interactive design experience with relevant E-learning tools. The consultants will be responsible for applying a phased framework (Basic → Foundational → Tools & Tasks → Work Cycle → Mastery) to all content, editing materials from Training Support and vendors for clarity and instructional effectiveness, and ensuring the "15 min instruction / 15 min practice" principle is integrated into every module. They will also create more complex materials (Work Cycle, Mastery) requiring instructional expertise and consult on design decisions to enhance learning transfer.
