Responsibilities also include revising and reviewing course content and instructional materials, implementing virtual training, developing training media like videos and webinars, and exploring opportunities for professional development hours and course accreditation. For eLearning content, the role involves development up to the production phase and collaboration with eLearning Developers. Maintaining current knowledge of instructional design theory, adult learning methodologies, and trends is crucial, as is proactively seeking solutions and evaluating/improving existing training programs.
